For all the whining about the power plays, I didn't see any blatant missed call on us. I could still count about 5 on them. They are incredibly undisciplined and get away with a lot against us.

I'm actually glad the next game is so soon, hopefully it's not enough time for the Caps to cool off. They're professionals so I won't get my hopes up. Love all the whining though. I can't imagine if they lose Game 7.

This is the part the whiners seem to have no answer for: what did the Rangers do that should've been called? Callahan missing an elbow to the face, MDZ finishing a check?

If the Caps stopped crosschecking in front of the ref and firing the puck over the boards, the call would probably be even.

And, just think, he was the defenceman who laid a rubout hit on a Capital (forget who) that made my heart leap. Instead of letting the player go by, he rubbed him out. That's how I always played it.

Im not bashing them by saying what I did. But its more thats its expected from them. Stralman was not expected to be as good as he has. He's raised his game to a whole new level, imo. Just great to see.
