If I get a Press Level seat for a Flames game (MTL@CGY, so it's packed), can I freely go down and browse the main concourse and other levels during intermissions? Or are there ushers blocking going down like in some other arenas. Thanks in advance!

You can go anywhere but it is a major hike back lol

Someone else can confirm, but I'm pretty sure if you're willing to walk all those stairs that you can get to the main concourse.

You wouldn't be allowed to go in and out of the lower bowl concourse areas without the appropriate ticket though, even after the game.
