1 for 3 today
They should leave him in the environment he is excelling in.

Yeah, he's earned more reps up with the big team...he has to get used to the speed and intensity of NHL hockey, might as well give him a taste when he's earned it.I don’t think it hurts to give him another look. He can always go back to Abby, but his play - and the Canucks’ concurrent lack of offense - merit a look, IMO.
Seems like NJD got barely anything
Seems like Hughes is out and they have a ton of cap now. Maybe they think they still have enough to do all the trades they want.lachance is an okay prospect. he's 6'5, a decent skater and has a chance to be a middle six winger
dunno why they are giving up cap space for him when they're theoretically a buyer though
VancouverWhat's your flavor?
95.1 or 102.1 - my guess
98.3 - my station ... I'm getting old haha
90.5 - my backup ... at least it's different all the time ... really diverse stuff
92.9 - I am coming around on country but never on purpose![]()
One less center option available in free agency in an already shallow pool.
Edit: Probably could have gotten a lot more in free agency.
lol @ the oilers doing a trade with boston and not getting carlo
never been that interested in frederic as an option here, feels like another henrique-like add for them
that's a pretty good deal for les habs. Should set the bar for Suter
he is and he fits Tocchet's system well.I’d sign Suter to that deal. He’s an extremely useful player for this team, and not as easily replaced as some might think, IMO.
Vancouver Canucks
- Thinks it’s a possibility that Boeser gets traded
- Boeser wants a 7-8 year contract
- Boeser is in play and the Canucks will listen; are not aggressively trying to trade him
- Have been looking for scoring winger for some time
- In the market for a centre
- Want to add and don’t want to negatively impact their playoff push
but Klingberg!!I’m continually amazed at Edmonton stockpiling forwards while not addressing their D and G.
I’d move Hoglander and use that commited cap space to re sign Suter if that’s the route we take. Suter can then fill that wing/center role.I’d sign Suter to that deal. He’s an extremely useful player for this team, and not as easily replaced as some might think, IMO.
