I think if we had traded Pettersson it would have fixed things. JT is just pissed that our highest paid player is not giving it 100%. You're not ever going to get a player like JT again, just that ultimate power forward who can match up with the best (McDavid).

I think you're wrong on Miller. He quit on the team, plain and simple. You're definitely correct on his skillset though. He can play like a monster. However, that's when he wants to. He most certainly did not play anywhere close to expectations with the Canucks this season.

To a degree i agree. But if the best offer is say a 2nd, then I'd keep him. No reason he shouldn't bring a fair return, but there is a point i just keep him as a rental.

Calgary is winning tonight, Blues won again. Hopeully they'll be willing to take futures and cap space with an eye on the summer because I'm not convinced they're making the playoffs.
