That’s not true many actually loved podz

But it was not working out and we understood a change of scenery would be good for him.
Only disliked that we threw the Oilers a lifeline even if it was the best offer.

i wouldn't have given a division rival anything with potential and that loves to hit that might come back to roost during a 7 game series.

Lindholm has four less points than Suter despite making 6.2M more. But yes, let's bring him back.
Kinda sounds like Lindholm was overrated trash. You know like how I’ve been saying for years.

Now that he’s out of Calgary and out of Vancouver, maybe western Canadian fans are finally willing to see the TRUTH.

LOL at any Canuck fans wanting to trade a 26 yr old 2way 100 point centre.

Probably the same fans that wanted the Sedins gone before the Sedins established themselves as Top Tier.

Its incredible how easy it is for Friedman to gaslight and manipulate people which results in more clicks and panic that creates attention.

I mean Canucks fans have also seen Podz work hard for a period of time. For his sake I hope he has settled into that and can deliver that effort consistently. He always had a floor of a bottom sixer at the NHL level. I'd have hoped it wasn't to the Oilers but I still don't really mind that trade at all.

He's got 3 goals in 31 games this year. It ain't a Cam Neely we gave up exactly. Also there was rumors from the Abbottsford lockerroom with him being a little too okay with his home countries recent foreign policy that caused some stir and question marks from within the organization.

Good luck to him by all means but feels mostly like Oilers fans are happy that a 4th round pick turned into someone who skates for them at the NHL level and a reason to try and dunk on Canucks fans.

No but he is involved day to day and he basically said on the last canucks broadcast they were actively looking to improve the team. That and Alvin is his protégé and also believes in making significant moves early in the season rather than waiting to closer to the deadline.
Still not the GM so it’s annoying when people refer to him in a way that suggests he is.

Of course he is POHO so he will approve trades but that still doesn’t mean he is the GM.

Anyhow .. just sayin

Sorry where does the line between "garbage" and "trash" fall for players again? Im not used to such detailed analysis
Sorry I meant junk. But what I really mean is I don't give a bleep about what you think about my descriptors.

They shouldn't have watched Dune when he first joined the team. I'm blaming that singular decision.

Pettersson is not getting traded and anyone discussing it is a victim of shitty media.

Ya’ll took the bait so hard you jumped into the boat. Actually… beyond that.. ya’ll cooked, seasoned, set the table, and served yourself. Easy reels.

If Elliott Friedman’s said his farts smell a trade, it sounds like most of you would be nose deep in Friedman Canyon inhaling as hard as ya could.
Oh mio, Nona's upset

Da Big Apple
K'Andre Miller, Kakko, 3rd

for

Lekkerimaki, Hoglander , Desharnais, 5th

Im so hesitant to trade Lekkerimaki, Willander, Mynio, D-Petey tho.
...
no
deal betw these 2 is:
Zib full retention down to 4.25
for
Raty, Juulsen, Forbot + cap dump Desh.

that leaves you stronger at pivot
and w/less D depth, but you are looking to replace bottom

can do above and consider separate deal for KAM for futures IF you offer high enuf

I just don’t see the appeal of bringing back Zadorov. The playoffs really blinded a so so regular season. I’d rather have Marcus Pettersson.

It's going to be Rasmus Andersson 50% retained for Deharnais, Willander and Hoglander.
I would not do that trade, I would do it with lekkerimaki tho.

Just because our defence needs more than just one player
