He’s a bit like Frattin and a bit like Kulemin. There’s a use for him but don’t ask for production and give him strict orders. Like Lone Ranger rushes are okay but no fancy two on one plays with the chance for a roller derby back up the other way.

Legit think he might be one of the worst offensive players in the league. At first I thought he was just unlucky, but I’m coming around to the idea that he’s just not good offensively

For me he is untouchable. He already had poise last year and is clearly a blue chip prospect as far as I am concerned.

When Dubas made the pick I was unsure tbh. Felt like it was just a familiarity type of selection. It's looking like a homerun right now.

The thing with Frattin though is he offered nothing else. Mikheyev definitely doesn't convert at the degree we'd all like him to, but he's a puck hound, great defensively and one of our best penalty killers.

It's his first NHL game so they are giving him a bit of a spotlight.

He's a decent prospect and honestly may be the guy that Seattle takes in expansion if they don't want a guy like Virtanen or Holtby from them.
