Very interesting. Would think something like Motte for Kravstov and a mid round pick??
Motte's a rental, and not a special player, sweeteners come TO NYR, not from
Maybe Zlodeyev as part of balancing deal

So do the Rangers, we had him and we do not want him back.Trash offer, Canucks say easy no

That's 3 firsts for Miller, he ain`t worth that much.
Kravstov's issues stem from his immaturity, not skill. He's got legit top-6 talent, but threw a hissy fit when the Rangers didn't guarantee him top-6 minutes coming out of camp because they're stacked at LW with Panarin, Kreider, and Lafreniere. They wanted to send him down to the A to get top-line minutes rather than giving him <10 min a night in the NHL. Even told him that he'd be the first call as soon as there was need (which there was within the first couple weeks of the season). What has happened to this guy?
He had Kovalev-esque comparison to him his draft year.
I know immaturity played a part in his lack of development but overall how are his skill set?
I would bring him back and tell him, after his KHL season ends, he's playing with Goody and Fil. See what happens. Maybe he boosts value and you let bygones be bygones or move him in Summer.Kravstov's issues stem from his immaturity, not skill. But instead of accepting it, he refused to report and was loaned back to the KHL. He's been really good over there ever since, a key forward on the top overall team, so it's clear that he can contribute when he wants to. At this point it seems like the relationship with Rangers management is the biggest thing preventing him from succeeding, so a change of scenery and a chance to play top line minutes should do wonders for him.
I'd do Kravtsov for Hoglander *ducks*.Can this thread maybe not be another JT Miller thread, there is already one. Everybody gets it, no sense in rehashing everything here.
If the Canucks are looking at acquiring Kravstov, without dealing Miller, what type of return are the Rangers looking for?
We don't have much in the way of rentals:
Motte- Excellent bottom 6 winger, he has value
Chiasson- depth, better than he is given credit for, but not much value
Hunt- Meh
Halak- Quality backup
Cheap deals expiring next year:
Schenn
Burroughs
Both very good bottom pair D
The ghost of Travis Hamonic
Young players
Hoglander- has struggled this year agfter an excellent Rookie year. Doesn't seem to be a favorite of BB.
Lot's of C level prospects.
Not sure what Kravstov's value would be on his own, but probably not a lot here to choose from
Then you don’t deserve him. Exactly the kind of player every team should want.So do the Rangers, we had him and we do not want him back.
In an ideal world yours would be the best path to take, but after two incidents in the last few years, I just fear that the bridges have been burnt at this point.I would bring him back and tell him, after his KHL season ends, he's playing with Goody and Fil. See what happens. Maybe he boosts value and you let bygones be bygones or move him in Summer.
This is false. So do the Rangers, we had him and we do not want him back.
If you think that is a "trash" offer, then you will be severely disappointed when Miller is traded.Trash offer, Canucks say easy no

Death, taxes, and HFB fans grossly overestimating their players' trade values. If you think that is a "trash" offer, then you will be severely disappointed when Miller is traded.
Than Rangers aren't getting Miller...I'll give you a hint: the ______ isn't Kakko, Lafreniere, Schneider Othmann or Miller.
I would rather take any other offer from any other team than that trash offered. If you think that is a "trash" offer, then you will be severely disappointed when Miller is traded.
I'd do something around that. Canucks would need something coming back to balance it out a bit, not sure what that would be. Jones or Barron are probably too much.I'd do Kravtsov for Hoglander *ducks*.

Probably. Certainly Jones is.I'd do something around that. Canucks would need something coming back to balance it out a bit, not sure what that would be. Jones or Barron are probably too much.
Vancouver must overpay if they want to trade for him
1st round pick a good prospect then add
I'd do Barron and Kravstov for Hoglander.Probably. Certainly Jones is.
