This thread is so laughable. A 2026 top 3 protected and Lekkerimaki would never happen except on an imaginary trade board. Replace Lekkerimaki with Willander and you’re getting Mason McTavish or Anton Lundell and dealing from a position of strength while keeping your ELC top 6 forward prospect.

Don't think the Canucks are doing Lekkerimaki + 1st for Rossi. It would be the 1st & a lesser prospect like Mynio or Kudrayvstev.

I like Rossi & want the Canucks to go after him. But all the teams have the same issue with him that Minnesota does. It's why teams don't seem to be tripping over themselves to get him despite being a 23 y/o top 6 C.

And Minnesota hasn't boosted his value by admitting they want to move him & also putting him on the 4th line in the playoffs.

They'll get a good return, but I wonder how many teams are willing to pay a premium.
