Schenn was good enough to be Tampa 7th d and even play some playoffs games for them.

Keeps it simple, and is ultra physical. Footspeed limits his upside, but as a botttom pairing guy, serviceable.

Him and Hughes just work well together. Hughes just dances all over the ice when he's paired with Schenn. You can tell he trusts him.

One thing that stood out to me on the schenn goal was how excited everyone on the ice was for him. Regardless of how I feel about where the team is at and how they’re playing it’s always a good sign to see that

The Schenn hype is just as funny the second time around

I dont know its hype its good he is doing what a vet dman should do when he fills a role the goal was a beauty though )

Garland looks like a superstar against Montreal/Ottawa-level teams. His performance is hiding the fact that the rest of the forwards (save Motte) have still been awful in these two games.
