If you look at Jordan Binnington, it's his rookie season and he's 25.

I'd wait until Demko is 25ish before worrying too much. Still needs a good amount of seasoning.

I was just thinking the same thing. I'm not the biggest Demko fan in the world but he's still got a year or two to put it together. The pedigree and athleticism is promising.
