It’s unbelievable that of all the horrible shit this organization has done over ten years, the perfectly reasonable decision to fire Boudreau (historically poorly handled) is the thing that has lost the glass half full crowd.

They were told by the media to get riled up about Boudreau.

They were told by the media that everything was fine in the Benning years.

Not much more to it than that, most people are not as plugged in to things as we are.

It actually makes a lot of sense. The human stuff is so much bigger than hockey.

They’re trying to get through to ownership.
Yea like going to games and spending hundreds of dollars to be there is going to tell Ownership who are slumlords that just see $ figures that they should sell their biggest asset and revenue generator

Not sure why Dries didn't get interference

Equally not sure why Schenn got the only penalty there

You arent getting a rebuild with Hughes, Petey and Demko and even if you did try and rebuild there is a very good chance you dont get 3 players of that skill level out of any of your next 3 drafts

Well then you get boos and jersey tosses.

I’m not explaining it. Obviously Aquilini is so hated some people will pay to let him know.

Amazing how true this is about the media outside of sports too.
