We had no hamhuis, burrows, and played the night before if we want to make excuses like the ducks did.

But really we simply struggled tonight in the shootout and the ducks did not. We lost fair and square in the end.

Meh. Great game either way. These two games against Anaheim this season are night and day in terms of effort compared to last year. Now I want to see them play like that against LA and SJ and maybe I'll start to really believe in this team.

I get really bitter after losing in shootouts because I think they are a terrible concept. That or the Canucks historically being awful at them, I can't decide.

Good game. Canucks looked great in OT and were unfortunate that D Sedin didn't score. I thought the Sedins made the Ducks looks silly all night long.
