Update: Wife asked me to do three family dinners with her parents and siblings this week.

Hah! We do dinner with them one or twice a week usually, so three times isn't a big ask. And my in-laws are great, I just value the peace and quiet that I don't get with large dinners. Father-in-law usually has two or three homebrews on tap which definitely sweetens things.

Yeah, my BiL's family is great, and we've even fairly routinely done joint vacations with his family. My sister chose well.

I am now seeing “This post automatically merged at xxxxxx” in quoted messages in the past couple days that I don’t remember ever seeing before… since nothing displays I’m not sure of the context of the messages etc…. is it just me?

back to playoff discussion…. Hoping we are willing to pay the price and can repeat the season series of games. The Bruins played better late in the year but we had their number this year in a very lopsided way…. and im hoping that continues in the post season.
