Thanks for holding down the GDT duties! If it were up to me, you 3 would get Cup rings for your service 🫡

I might get one, for real. It’ll be a long shot, and given Dundon’s known stinginess, very unlikely, but they were giving out the rings to the ushers back in 06. So being a small cog on the production team is technically within the realm of possibility.

But I expect it’ll just be Mike, Tripp, Hannah, Shane as well as the producer and director. I don’t believe anyone lower down the chain will get anything.

I gotta say, I'm glad we moved on, but I do feel for him tonight.

Kinda hoping they give him (and a few others like Pesce) a ring. They may no longer be here but they were a big part of the turnaround that got us to tonight.
They ain’t getting a ring and if they had any self respect they wouldn’t want one either.

I just know that the rest of the league will pine for Tulsky in the same way as us young to young-ish men do for Tate McRae, but I'm sure that Dundon will pay up to keep him as long as possible. You could be cheap in the FO when analytics was an inefficiency, but Dundon will pay for the star analytics guy when he proves to be a star. Tulsky is a superstar.

I look forward to shit kicking everyone who downplays this 16-3 championship run for the next decade. 3 f***ing losses in the Stanley Cup playoffs. You have to lose 4 in a series to be eliminated. They lost 3 games in 4 series.
2nd most dominant run ever, with only the f***ing 1988 Oilers at the height of their powers managing to go 16-2.

I mean, holy f***. This team would not be denied.

sometimes the grass isn’t greener on the other side. Guys like Pesce and Skjei chose money over winning. Burns I imagine was more of a mutual agreement to move on
The team elected not to bring either Pesce or Burns back. Pesce due to the shoulder risk, Burns even asked to come back in his post season presser. That's the side of sports that sucks.

Congrats guys! I doubt many of you remember but I've bandwagoned the Jerks multiple times in the past. I was pulling for Vegas as the home side but it was a thrill and a privilege to watch your boys do this in person. Unbelievably perfect performance to close out and as a Ducks fan, I got super emotional seeing Staal hand Freddie the cup as the first hand off.

Enjoy this guys! I sure as hell did. Stayed and watched them celebrate until arena staff made me leave.
