You know, I like the fact that this team can hold the opponents shots under 20 or so. What I don't like is how the opponent always ends up scoring at least 3 of those shots.

Hurricanes Hockey.

Outshoot opponent 31-16, lose 4 to ****ing 3. I blame Tripp for bragging on Lack at the start of the 3rd for only allowing 1 goal (on a measly 11 shots)

Outshoot another opponent by 10 or more, 15 tonight, and still lose. Been going on since last season.

That's ridiculous.

Ah well. Still nice to see them play a bit more competently on the road.

Not only that, it was against a team they typically perform poorly against. And they got a tying goal shortly after a late tiebreaking goal.

Some positives here.

Didn't even think about that since we've been awful against almost everyone on the road this year, but very true.

Lindy has 22 points in 23 games.

Looking at a larger sample size, Lindholm has put up 30 points over the past 42 games, since another slow October. That translates to ~59 points over an 82 game season.

That level of production is similar to what Johansen and Galchenyuk were able to provide in their respective post-draft year 4s.

This potentially is a big deal for the organization.
