We played timid most of the game. OT1 was great, we came out in 2OT looking timid again. Mental. They have broken brains.

Slavin has been ass this entire series if I’m being completely honest.

Lucky bounce to win, but we were playing like shit in 2OT so it was honestly a matter of time. At least we proved we can get back in it, and OT won we mostly looked solid. Unfortunate but at least we know Bussi can hang, should be our starter in G4. Take the next game and come home tied 2-2

Get the extra day of rest and play a full 60 (or more if necessary) minutes Tuesday.

If this game gave us nothing else, it SHOULD at least give us Bussi in net. We have a real chance with him.

I don't think you can analyze much about this game. It's what you'd expect when two evenly-matched teams clash and the margins have been razor-thin. Something fluky was going to end the game. If the Canes can pick themselves up and win Game 4, it won't mean much.

Probably the most crushing game I’ve watched as a Canes fans considering the comeback and the stakes. But I’m just kind of numb at this point. Obviously if we win the next one, we’re in the drivers seat with it basically being a 3 game series with 2 home games. But we gotta win after this crushing defeat.

We just needed to take one of these two on the road, still one more stab at it but Tuesday definitely a must win now. Sucks to lose after the comeback but better than just losing 5-0 or some crap after the 2nd.

It’s maddening. Hart isn’t even good and they just choose to make it easy for him.

This is obviously easier to say from the couch but this doesn’t seem like a deflating extra time loss. It certainly doesn’t feel as crushing as 4ot loss vs Florida or 3(?) OT loss vs Detroit in the SCF etc.

I think Miller not playing in the 2nd OT was the end of that game for us, unfortunately, especially considering that we already were down one forward. Too many of the injuries in this game went against us this time.
