We rested quite a few players tonight, have a lot of ahlers in the line up. But this board panics over everything. I mean I was told that Kotkaniemi even attending training camp was a stupid move. and was not good for his development.

nah, we just prefer him to Shaw.

But most of us just would have traded Eller for two 2nds and just stuck with the 2nds over taking Eller back over Shaw.

Trading Eller for two 2nd was a nice move. Giving two better 2nd for Shaw was a Shawful move.

Why was it a nice move? We traded away a need (centerman) who was a important piece of our core.
