Markov and Emelin have been a disaster, just because they both speak Russian doesn't mean they have any chemistry.

the problem with this dump and chase philosophy is that the Habs get rarely more than one chance, and they get gassed on the forecheck and board work. When Florida has the zone it looks like a power play, and they control the play. Man ... Habs are doing well this season, but it is by hook and crook, and the brilliance of Price.

They've been told their a grinding team and to dump and chase which results in small forwards unable to recover the puck. Hard to slow it down int he O-zone when you never have it in there.

It isn't a reason to change the lines. It's a reason to re-think the stupid system if you ask me. This Tortorella style of shot blocking while being deep in the defensive zone is tiresome.
