We lost more games than we won against the Sabres last year, were they better than the us too?

The B's are a better team than the Habs. Doesn't mean that they'll even win one game against them tough...

The evidence suggests that they have our number lately. However, let's see how the full year plays out.

We should all blame Rask and call it a night!

:sarcasm:

Well I mean if 7 million dollars werent tied up on a guy who they cant even depend on to start this game we could ice a better team thats just a fact. And before someone mentions the back to back you must know that this was the more important game Rask would have started had anyone foolishly believed in him.

More importantly tho I dont know why this team threw out its gritty identity, literally everyone in the league wanted to emulate the Bs now theyre an Fing joke.

The goal for this season is get healthy and get in the playoffs. Make a move or two along the way.

When Chara got hurt, the sky was allying on HF and McDavid talk started. The most realist were saying that if the B's were able to not fall to far behind the pack, they would be just fine making a late push.

They just lost two bad games in a row to the Leafs and the lowly Habs so the sky is falling again. But there is 64 games left. And Chara and Krejci will come back. And before they do, this team is good enough to win more than they lose.

Just like the President trophy meant jack when the team underachieved against a team they should have beaten in the playoffs, these two losses will be long forgotten when this team reach a 3rd SCF in 5 years.

The Sabres didnt beat you in the playoffs and then advance to the ecf. Come on man. You're really reaching.

Might be ot for this thread but watching the highlights from the preds vs blues game tonight. We are completely below the level of elite teams currently. Welcome to the bubble? We just don't have the all over skill and ability in all 4 forward lines and all 3 d pairs. Our youngins are totally underwhelming as well. Maybe we need a pretty decently sized overhaul. Who are the untouchables? Hamilton, Bergy, Krejci, Rask and Chara in my view. Probably Lucic as well.

I think he needs to play.I agree he has been bad lately but to be fair he is still getting his game back.Where are you Z?I hope the big guy comes back soon.

He should be back by now. He had a knee injury not a concussion. He was almost ready last playoffs. It's the middle of Nov and he's had since mid Sept to return to form. Stupid pass after stupid pass is getting old.

Hahaha when I saw Campbell there I knew Clode had officially lost his mind and had just resorted to trolling.

I know right. I swear he gets confused or something when it calls for changing things up. I guess we are lucky it doesn't get that bad to often:laugh:

I somewhat agree on the Seidenberg remarks. We all knew it would take a little while for him to get his game back, but it seems like excuses anymore.

Looked like a steal when he signed. He now is the most overpaid #6 in the league at 4M. 3 more years. Ouch. Too bad the amnesty buyout period is over... If Chia can find a taker, stop evaluating and pull the trigger.

I wanted the B's to let him walk and keep Boychuk. DS was on the wrong side of 30 when he signed his deal and with his style of play and injury history he was going to break down quick. I don't think he's at that point yet but still he's playing like ****. His bad decisions are killing the team.

Seems like there aren't many games that he wasn't directly responsible of a GA.

This is a dumpster fire. Chiareli built it, let him sink with it. I would veto any trade he tries to make because it will come out of desperation, trying to save his own job.

Ride it out. If they miss the playoffs or have a quick 1st round exit I fire him the moment they are eliminated.

He's built a slow, unskilled, SOFT hockey club. This team has no grit and few leaders.
