I think the concern is that guys like Hagel and Cirelli are good for holding leads, but at this level, I don’t expect much from them when we desperately need a goal.

I’m counting the seconds until a line I think can score can come out.

Maybe that’s unfair but it’s the impression that I had in the US game.

there is really no excuse for Cirelli to be anywhere near this team. There’s so many players that can kill penalties that are way more of a danger to score

To be fair they were the best line in the US game analytically. And you forget Hagel is top 10 in the league in goals without playing on the first powerplay unit (or with Kucherov).
