I don't know if it is just cause Byram thinks he should be doing more, but I am generally unimpressed with his decision making, it appears like he thinks he needs to do more instead of including other players. I think he has a lot of raw talent, but I question his IQ (limited viewings so maybe I am wrong about this and he is usually more intelligent).

He's an all tools no toolbox kind of player it seems. Like you said he has raw talent but just can't figure anything out
