Happy it's a one goal game. We all knew Canada would come out flying. Two huge hits and a laser. However, we are still in it and that is key. If Canada goes up 2-0 then the Czechs are done. Some great looks include the rysavy breakaway. So we are getting looks. I'd call the first 19 minutes even.. the final minute was me shitting my pants.lol

And by we, I mean you vs everyone else.

I wouldn't go as far as to say Canada dominated but the Czechs have not sustained pressure while Canada has leaked a few individual chances while responding with sustained pressure line after line.

I'm expecting a ferocious start to the game from Canada, possibly 4-0 as early as the 1st, followed by a slow grind where Canada ends up winning 5 or 6-0. You know they don't want to lose to them twice.

Goaltender is part of the team, lord knows we've been on the other side often enough times.

But when a goalie beats us....................it's all well and good and no one seems think the team that beat us was anything other then the better team.

Strange how it works,

When Canada can thank its goalie for pulling out a W : We're a bad team, all individuals, lucky.

When everyone else thanks its goalie for pulling out a W : Great team, chemistry, unstoppable!

Relatively meaningless regular season game in January vs Gold medal final with everything on the line, ya seems about right lol.
