That's that.. Mexico dominate fully and completely. Honduras never looked like they were here to play. Had one break where they had a three on one and blew it.

I think I say this once every year or so.... I'll do it again anyways.

It must be nice being the USMNT... Every year when the trophy comes around, they get to host the big game. Sure the weather is not ideal in March here, but come one, give Canada a chance to host the Semi's and Finals for once.

Canada is the top ranked side too in the tournament now, don't know why we don't get to host

Rough weekend for Canadians as most were left out of their teams or saw cameos. The French league on Sunday was better though as all of Nice, Auxerre and Lille won with our guys playing key roles.

St Clair had a rough one against the Galaxy but had a great season.

Crewe and Port Vale are on DAZN now but even Knight Lebel starts on the bench which seems to be the way for many Canadians returning from national team duties.

ohh - Sartini fired from Vancouver. I don't have any great dislike for Sartini but I thought he got anything but the best from our Canadians so I'm interested to see who is next.

People in the TFC circles are thorwing his name out as a potential Herdman replacement should TFC go that route.

Personally I hope TFC gives him another year at the helm before axing him.

I wonder if enough crap surrounds him (Herdman) that he has to head back to the homeland? I did not know Sartini was mentioned as a replacement. Thought they would aim higher.

Sartini wins the Canadian Champinoship and seems to know the Canadian landscape. That's why the rumour mill is going but TBH I don't think there is actual smoke there.

Who knows.

Been thinking about the potential coaching carousele that could happen up North. It got me wondering if the Whitecaps may take a chance on a one of Bobby Smyrniotis or Tommy Wheeldon JR. Both have completed 6 successful years in the CPL, they know the Canadian landscape, and have had good runs in both cup and league competitions.

It kind of feels like if one of them is going to make the jump up, now would be a good time.

Seems like it would and would be nice to see some coaching promotions. I don't know if it would be a head coach job but a move up would be good.

We have moved up to 31st in the Fifa rankings. Our highest ever position and I still feel like it's too low for this team

Pumped to see what comes from 2025 for this group. Going to be a big year as we push on to 2026.

Herdman out at TFC. Makes the landscape of coaching way more interesting in Canada.

2 open sports, do the CPL coahces get a look?

Not a good look for our captain:

That's unfortunate. After the last window, I'm kinda hoping Marsh pivots to Alistair or Steph. He's an incredible footballer, but Phonzie always seemed too immature for the captain's role.

Also, Herdman out as TFC manager. What a difference a couple years make. FML he goes from bringing pride back into our program into embarrassing us in short succession.

You're a much faster typer than I.
