There's only one guy here who is living in an alternative universe where Fantilli makes contact with the upper chest.

I guess technically the "upper chest" is the head.

I always love the standard cliches that the TSN commentating team comes out with every year at this thing, you can set your watch to them. In this case it's the situation where a huge underdog is either tied or gasp!! is even in the lead against the giant.

man....................it's a good thing you guys are here to point this stuff out to me!!!

They FINALLY showed a replay from the front. Form the side looking directly at the hit it looks like a shoulder to shoulder hit. From the front he missed the shoulder and caught him in the head.

And why would Norway be a HUGE underdog. This Canada team is not good at all

Garbage. There were several posters that thought it was a good hit. They probably saw the same replays I did.

We all saw the same replays.

Some of us chose to believe what we saw and some didn't.

It would probably be a good hit in the NHL, but any contact with the head here is an automatic penalty and that fact that there was head contact is indisputable.

This team isn't gonna tic tac toe anyone, it's like you said, they will have to either work real hard for their offense or there won't be any.

It's Norway and we're Canada, of course they are a huge underdog.

seen that a million times against the lesser teams............they won't call it because of who they are and they figure the big fish don't need the help.

even when they are supposed to call it of course...............the human element involved in reffing.

Well, the reffing isn't really a factor when you're Canada and you're losing to Norway.

Norwegian player gets away with passing a stick to a teammate.

Now Canadian player with the puck blatantly has his stick held. My God.

LOL, and they call that.

Oh no, the only factor here is that Canada hasn't been playing well and Norway has, Canada have shown some life this period but not nearly enough.

If norway closes this out it won't have been because of any reffing issues.
