You think my post was anti-Canadian trolling, when I simply made a specific point relating to something that just happened, which was btw acknowledged by one of your countrymen here in response (he said that tons of Canadian fans used to be exactly like that but there is much less of it now). I am not in the habit of trolling.

I agree with you though that some non-Canadian fans do do that. I am not sure if it is trolling, it’s more of a weird obsession with Canada. But you should judge each poster’s post individually and not assume every foreign fan is trolling if they are saying something about Canada that isn’t unqualified praise.

@jj cale looks like all this thread needed was for me to join it :)

Love the way we’re playing. Lots of hockey left but they’re playing the right way in the 3rd. Lots of good physicality, hard on pucks and attacking in waves with intensity. Looking like a proper Canadian way we should play.

I agree with what you said, but i'm definitely not Canadian.

That might still happen. I think Latvia is more than done, and the 3-2 will have given them an incredible psychological knock. The 2-2 face goal certainly did, this one will have finished them off.

Yeah, it might happen now, 1-2 at the start of the period was looking rather dicey though.
