Bullshit. They don't get to decide whether it is a dive and even if it was it is irrelevant. He was hit into the boards from 5 feet away. That is an automatic ejection unless the refs are paid off.

I doubt they are paid off, I just think they are incompetent. A Czech player got 5 plus game penalty for less (also boarding but a lot gentler..). This should have been the same.
