Team was sloppy defensively but Pickard was there to clean up the mess. He earned this win. Fantastic game for him.

Very enjoyable game. Calvin Pickard a heroic performance in this one and I would say the best goalie performance we've had as far as robbing several near certain goals. I can't remember another game this season where our goalie got to so many 5 bell stops. 2nd and third periods for Pickard were extreme difficulty and he gave up only one.

He's the reason we win tonight. What a game.

Wild play a style that seems to disrupt the Oilers game more than any other team. However, that's two games in a row where the Oilers have the superstar that was the difference. Last game Draisaitl big manned Minnesota in the blowout win and today McDavid lit them up.

Good to grab the 2 points because tomorrow is a pretty much a scheduled loss
