He's got 8 seasons in NHL. The truth is that old age seasons will negatively impact career save % and hence that's not as relevant.

So it isn't relative because he might not finish with the best save percentage of all time? 8 seasons? 270 total games in "8 seasons"? C'mon now....he's played 41% of the possible games playable in "8 seasons" so maybe cool it before you say he's played 8 seasons to justify his "best save percentage" ever stat.

You are cherry-picking.

How have Schneider's playoff games gone? More importantly, how did Schneider's pressure try-out for the starting goalie position go only a week ago? That's more important than his save percentage and Quick's resume.

You go with the hot hand in a tournament: especially when your team sucks. Schneider didn't have the hot hand. It's not hard to understand unless you are a Schneider fanboy.

I don't think Torts knows what to do with the lines. Kane isn't exactly always the most impressive player on international ice and I doubt Torts has forgiven him for his TO last game.

Yes very true. On forward, Kane and Pavelski would make team Canada for sure and 1 or 2 others would be considered maybes. On defence, McDonagh and Suter would have a chance, otherwise none. Quick would likely make it as the backup to Price. So maybe 5 players from the USA would make team Canada.

The future is bright though for USA, some of the talent on team NA are elite potential.

The USA contingent on the u23 squad has the potential to be insanely good for the next decade +

USA Hockey decision making the last three years or so has been unacceptable if you're a USA fan.

They started well enough. But those two quick goals killed them.

Stamkos can't buy a goal, he's been the weak link on the Tavares-Getzlaf line. You're there to finish so finish.
