Are you a wizard?If this is the entirety of his treatment than he's probably just dealing with some severe inflammation caused by the trauma. I'd imagine if he got hit in the actual eye he'd have a much less optimistic prognosis by the specialist. Eyes don't pop easily but significant trauma to the front wouldn't allow him to recover this quickly. Probably some panuevitis (as treated by those industrial strength dilating drops and probably some steroids) and maybe some commotio retinae.
