Francis said the same thing. Very lucky that Zary has limbs made of silly putty.
like what?
We can’t start doing this after every single loss like we did in 2023. Yesterday was a pretty expected result, OOT scoreboard included. St. Louis’ easy schedule is over now, and after this weekend ours eases up. Even if we only split our games this weekend against Edmonton/Colorado, we would still only be 2 games back with a game in hand. We somehow win both and it stays technically being our spot to lose.Last night was more than likely the end of our season. Tough way to go with how well they played, deserved much better.
I think over the next 5 games (unless you go 4-1 or better) time to start shutting people down for the year and bringing in some young guys.
Really too bad with how well everyone played. Good reminder that guys like Miro and Bean shouldn’t be in the lineup every night, let alone playing together.
Would just like to point out that the Wild are tied with the Oilers for points. It seemed to me that Miro was stapled to the bench after getting walked on the Johnston goal last night. I think bringing Pachal back in for the BoA is the play. I expect at least one massive hit from him, too.
Last night was a rough result, but the play was encouraging. Scoring the same number of actual goals while more than doubling their chances is a hell of an effort even with them on a back-to-back.
The fears over St. Louis are overblown. They and Minnesota are very unlikely to win out the rest of the way, so the Flames just need to keep playing like that.
Or... use the Wranglers Blasty, their blasty logo is so much better better.

I like them too, and I absolutely HATE the original Blasty.... it actually looks like a horse first of all and the fact the mane also looks like Flames is a huge plus. That logo on our Blasty template would be gold.Yeah, i REALLY like the Wrangler logo. I always admire them when I go to a game.
