Ended up with 7 points in 15 playoff games, which is improvement of his regular season pace. Voronkov leads the team, and is last years Blue Jackets pick, one year younger than Galimov in real age as well. Seems like a stud.
Seems that the AK Bars big guys didn't show up in the playoffs, Artyom was the #4 best scorer.

When I watch him play, he seems to be doing a lot of forechecking, and he is carrying the puck nicely, driving the middle. Hopefully next year he can get a bigger role with the team.

He's clearly taller than 5'11 which is on his eliteprospects page.

He certainly has flashes of brilliance, now he needs to work on his consistency, that will be the key.
I think so far he had been playing on a stacked roster, but he should be getting more playing time next year. He did get increase in playing time towards end of the year, I felt, and he is actually decent at faceoffs, as far as I saw.
Now it's just staying patient with him, let him develop his consistency, and he should have a chance to be a middle 6 player down the road.

The best thing about him is what he shows on shift-by-shift basis. An excellent defensive player, excellent with puck pressure, good offensive player that shows flashes of high-end puckhandling and shooting.

Nice to see him scoring. A very hot and cold season for him so far.
Even though he has not produced much more than last year, he seems to be taking much more responsible role as a centerman this year, which is good. I still think this year is a clear progress for him, but obviously, still areas to improve are there.

is there any concern with him deciding against ever coming to North America?

Personally, I’ve always had him in my top 10, or even top five prospects for the ducks. I know he’s an overager, but he’s producing well in a men’s league.

A lot of other fans that are enamored with other prospects :dunno:

Only concern is that he isn't enough of a sure thing to be worth an investment for a budget team like Ducks. He is in that weird spot where you are getting paid too much to just go on whatever NHL ELC is thrown at you while at the same time not being sure enough thing to make NHL teams want to risk their money. Again, especially the Ducks.
