Why? The guy wasted the most precious years on the most typical mistake of grinding it out through the AHL. He is now a worse player than he was leaving. SKA has lost some of it's personell. Not as much as CSKA, but still they need to plug holes. Looks like a good fit for Kamenev to try and find his career.
