I wonder if Corey Locke could have had a legitimate chance though if he was 10+ years younger. He was an undersized player at possibly the worst time in the history of the NHL.

I'm a forty one year old over weight dude, and I could still probably skate faster than Locke in his prime. His biggest flaw wasn't his size.......

they didn't have the same style, draft ranking and mostly they didint have the stats of poehling, kk and suzuki...

Suzuki now at 29 pts in 16 playoff games
Storm were down 3-1, and are now 3-2. Lets see if they can work the same magic which let them come back from a 3-0 deficit against the knights

Really looking forward to seeing what he can do in the pros next season.

Suzuki, Poehling, and Brook will be reason enough to tune into more than a few Laval games.

There's a whole lot of doubt about Suzuki around here, justifiably, but if you just pause that thought for a second and imagine how good he can potentially be, then I'd think we would have a different discourse about this guy. If we'd imagine that his skills will translate, because as it is right now it's seems quite possible, then we'd be super hyped up about the guy. He looks like a potential first-line player at the moment.
 
For those that have seen both Suzuki and Cody Glass play, could you give your thoughts about who seems to be the better player at the moment? I guess it'll still be Glass for most, but I am intrigued.

I think Suzuki is the more skilled player but Glass the better player. His skills will translate better to the NHL than Suzuki. But both can be deadly 70+ points players imo. I see Glass as a 70 C and Suzuki as a 65 C/W.

He's really taken his game up a notch these past couple months. He's drawn some Eberle comparisons on the Habs board, would be really happy if he can have a similar career.
