What steps should he take in the future?

I would recommend stay at home two seasons, dominate our U20 league, play a lot national teams games, then maybe North America. Im somehow again Finland and Sweden in regards to our best prospects. Comparing Finland junior (Sweden) vs CHL leagues and you have the answer.

Michalovce do not have junior u20 team in the best u20 Slovak league, so I think Jencko will go to Scandinavia (finland/sweden)

Skilled player. Has played at average team and got great numbers taking into account that he was triple underager. He should move to better team for further development.

Next season he will play for Malmö J18, Sweden. I'm curious about him, a month and a half ago he was the best player in the camp of the U17 national team (Ofc Dvorsky and Molnar were missing).

Also heard that Alex Cajkovic signed with Malmö. But could not find anything about this on internet. I hope its true in both cases.

Happy for them. Malmö is a great organization. Maxim Cajkovic and Martin Fehervary played there. Jencko is very talented, didn't play much last year because of Covid.

In your opinion, how does he compare to Dvorsky-Molnar in terms of talent and potential? Are he and Ridzon the two best strikers 05 after the pair that went to HGC?

Hard to gauge right now since he hasn’t played much this season but he looked very impressive at the HGC camp, even though he didn’t make the final roster. Jencko is more like mid-late draft potential if he gets there. I think Sisik is the most talented Slovak 05 forward after Dvorsky and Molnar, the only thing that holds him back is his size. Ridzon is probably at Jencko level.

I agree with this. Also, Sisik has the highest upside from this trio. However, all three are tier under the pair Dvorsky and Molnar. Personally, I like Jencko, he's a skilful player with playmaking abilities. I keep my fingers crossed for him in Sweden and I wonder how he adapts after not playing much last season.

Sisik has talent there is no discussion about it. The only thing is his skating and physics but this can still become better since he is young.

Does anyone have an update on him? His stats don’t look very impressive, compared to expectations from a couple years ago.

He looked pretty good in recent U18 tournament despite the limited role and no points. I liked him better when we played warm up games against Czechs. His numbers in DY-1 in J18 league are fine. Oskar Olausson (2021 first rounder) had 7 pts in 7 games in J18 in his DY-1. He’s probably more of a middle round candidate, should see a high usage role at Hlinka in 5 weeks

For me personally, he is currently a candidate for late rounds. I also expected a little more from him last season. But he's working really hard this summer. We'll see at HGC and maybe next season he'll surprise. I hope he will play in J20 Nationell. In my opinion, he could have a similar DY as Dans Locmelis/Sandis Vilmanis or Martin Johnsen, maybe slightly better.
