From what I've seen of Bedard he's sort a spot picker in a good way where he'll dash in at opportune times to create chances. He doesn't rely much on physical play in his game but still gets good chances in high danger areas. So I think he's well adapted to knowing how to play within his size limitations while still being able to produce.

He's turning 17 in a couple months...might still have room to grow a couple inches hopefully.

I think most of the growth is done by 16 but you can still grow until you're around 19 or something
That's for your horn that its usually done growing by 16.. overall height can definitely get taller into 19-20.

He might have to move off of center though. Kaprizov doesn’t play center.
What makes you say that? Hasn't held back offensive stars like Hughes and Point. And there are plenty of shorter centers filling out the rest of the bottom 9 - Trochek, Gourde, Ryan, Lizotte, Kerfoot, Acciari, and Pageau are just a few of the shorter guys that are capable of playing as a full-time center.

At 5'9 181 lbs he's already built better than both Hughes and Point. He'll probably end up at 5'10 - 5'11, 190-200 lbs. That's plenty big enough to play center in today's NHL.

We’ve been over this before. There’s one top six center in the NHL listed at under 5’10.

Point was listed as 5'9, 160 at the 2014 combine. I've seen both of these kids play oodles of times in person damn near right in my backyard. If Point can play center at the NHL level. Bedard can too.

Hughes is not a star. Does he have the potential to be one? Sure. But he’s not one right now, sample size is small.

Makes no sense. He's way faster than Kane and has a better shot.
Way faster, of course.

It's honestly pretty ridiculous. Let me guess, he also has better hands than Kane? Kane's just a 110 point player on a bad team. I assume Bedard'll score a minimum of 160 his rookie season?
