Yesterday he was a standout against Switzerland. He got only 0+1 in a 6-3 win but was excellent.

Today against the Czechs already 0+1, game is still in the first period. Finns lead 3-0.

I've seen this guy play a few times. He's a good player, but I don't think that he's a 1OA caliber player like some have suggested.

Not saying you are wrong but what's stopping him? Is there someone who has been more impressive than Räty internationally?

He's a big natural center with good goal scoring touch, skates well and he doesn't strike me as low IQ player who is only dominating juniors due to his size and skating ability. Players with those attributes don't come often in the NHL draft.

I don’t know the 2021 draft yet, but from what I’ve watched of Raty, he looks more like a 5-10 range player for the average draft. Definitely good, but doesn’t really stand out as having 1OA upside. I’ve yet to see him dominate a game. He’s more of a good complimentary player in the games I’ve seen. I also realize he’s playing against older players, but 1OA caliber players usually dominate no matter the competiton. Just my opinion. It’s possible 2021 is a weak draft at the top end, and he might be one of the best 1OA candidates.
 
What a stud. Haven’t focused on 2021 at all (I thought he was no younger than 2020 the way he dominates shifts).

Speed and hands. The puck explodes off his stick.

Aatu Räty is on 14. place at U20 league +/- statistic.

He have +21 (35- 14). That's pretty impressive.

I hope he will get chance to play Liiga in Kärpät next season.

I think it's very likely he plays in the Liiga next season. Anton Lundell is a great comparable for him. Lundell split last year between Jr. A and Jr. B. Now he's been playing mostly in the Liiga with some Jr. A games in there as well. That's what I'm expecting from Aatu next season. They're both also good two-way centers with good size, and both are older players for their draft classes.

Kärpät is the top team in the Jr. A league, and most of their players have very impressive +/-. That being said, Aatu is an impressive defensive player already at a young age.

That´s true but only 14 minus in 36 games is pretty good when us talking one of the youngest player in the league.
 
Räty did game-winning-goal in last semifinal Kärpät vs Pelicans. Kärpät playing next in U20 league finals vs Blues.

Räty has in playoff 7 3+4= 7.
 
Kärpät have in final games 5 goals and Räty has in final games 3 points. Kärpät need one more win to get champion.
 
Aatu was 2nd in points for his team in the play-offs, 12 points in 10 games.
