Very small sample size. Wouldn't be surprised if his numbers started to fall apart after a while. Leafs have no structure, period. Sometimes they outscore their problems, and sometimes they don't. Sometimes the goalie saves them and sometimes he doesn't. But a game like this makes it VERY clear the team has no structure at all; no one knows where they should be, everyone roams and ends up in weird spots, defensemen are constantly pinching despite the Leafs not being very good at getting offence from defensemen not named Morgan Reilly and on and on. They REALLY, REALLY, REALLY need a coach that'll implement an actual defensive gameplan.

Samsanov has been horrendous and should be out on waivers - he’s just not an NHL goalie right now. That said, once again a team leafs should be able to beat and even after Sammy is pulled they looked horrendous

That last goal right before he was pulled Samsonov looked like he was literally looking for a hole in his glove...

Can't put him back in now, they'll have to send him down to the AHL to get his confidence back. I wonder how far Woll is...

Dreadful game by the entire team thus far.

I give the Sabres full credit by taking the other night off and saving all of their energy for our Leafs !!!

Samsonov can't stop a beach ball, and Domi with a very STUPID giveaway.

The secondary scoring has gone to sleep for this game so far.

Our Leafs need to SHOOT the puck on the power play instead of passing, passing, passing, and then coughing up the puck.

The Sabres know how to shoot it ON NET, unlike a lot of our Leafs. Too many shots go way wide IMHO. Bert had a golden opportunity in front of the net and waited too long TO SHOOT. No excuse to try to pass it to Taveras when you're in the optimum shooting triangle in the slot.

Our Leafs can come back in the 3rd, however I'm not feeling it right now !!! A single loser point would be nice !!!
