GDT: Buffalo vs Montreal Nov.11th at 19H00

A winning culture is a huge part of a rebuild and I am glad our current young players are seeing some successes.

Quick edit- since 2013 Buffalo has had two 1OA and two 2OA and every pick has been top 10.

I mean we can chirp Edmonton, but I'd never miss a game watching McDavid and Drai in the lineup.

I'm selfish as a fan. I'm here to be entertained. Having a generational future HOF in the lineup to me beats the maybe that the habs are mustering to become.

Having said that, Suzuki and Cauf are alright! :cool:

None of the players we move at deadline will be good enough to make us sink.
 
After Suzuki and Caufield showed that they are "safe" 1st line players and even more.

Dach and Slafkovsky are two guy that they can show their high offensive talent, they have less pressure, they have high potential and i'm really happy to have 4 young forwards with that type of talent!

Anderson and Monahan are, but they’ve been stuck with a rickety third wheel so they’ve been underperforming.

Either MSL really believes the vets playing there are the right fit or he’s trying to revive the vets’ careers. It’s about time they try Slaf there...As for Slaf and Gallagher, I’m not holding my breath.

Buffalo is due for a win.

As long as Suzuki gets a point or two, it's fine.
 
Playing on the same line, I just feel Monahan and Anderson would play better and so would Slaf. But I don’t think Slaf helps Gallagher in any way. Gallagher would get his points with or without him. And he doesn’t help Slaf.

I don’t think you craft lines based on how your secondary players fit together, still I can’t help to think the lines are made that way because playing Dadonov or Drouin with Gallagher is ridiculous.
