All he needed was a center that wasn't a complete blackhole offensively. Now if only the other winger he plays with doesn't suck.

We can certainly hope that the winger will be between Heineman, Mesar and Farrell. The C will be with the 1st pick of Habs 2023 (or even the Florida one).

It's fine to be a playmaker, but you gotta shoot more when you're the last man back. Unless of course your skating just allows you to dance around the whole team like how Quinn Hughes does.

You'd be amazed how well some of our current players can shoot. The problem is that we don't have a premium table setter on the back end. Most goals are scored around the circles in today's game, there is very little to shoot at from the point. Having a really good quarterback, a guy that can thread those cross seam passes is the key to offense on the pp.

I would let Slaf play at the World Juniors.
Lots of ice time and a few goals at the tournament would probably give his confidence a boost.
Interesting to see what the Habs will do.

It's too bad because he's actually improving as a player. The skills are just lacking.

It's pretty obvious that Andy doesn't have a one-timer. A great wrister, but even then he needs to settle puck down. Slafkovsky's passes were both perfect for a shooter.

Even pbp guys were like, wtf?

Need someone else there. Armia and Gallagher have better one-timers than Anderson.
