Pacioretty only 5 goals away from Crosby and the league lead. Considering his putrid start to season, it's damn impressive.

If it wasn't for that hairline fracture, he would have locked up the Richard already.:sarcasm:

If he hadn't had the bad start you very well could be right. He's playing some great hockey!!

Leafs let in 5 goals in the first period? Might have to take a quick browse through their GDT... :naughty:

DD with close to the most TOI of Habs forwards tonight, skates from the bench unmolested and pops one in after an intercepted pass.

EchoChambre and local DD fans predictably delighted. MT's Little Prince has returned. Take that, haters!

Some of us realize the heavy opportunity cost that the team pays and the handicap it carries when MT constantly puts his pet in the position to record those ~0.6 regular season points per game. But enjoy!

Seriously do y'all think it's going to be different this year? That DD will now become a warrior down the stretch and into the playoffs? Because DD's the gleaming hood ornament leading MT's team, always has been always will be.

Same old same old

Coach figured he was well rested.

Agreed. He should be permanently in the lineup if he keeps playing like that, even when Galch and Gally will be back. DD and Carr/Flynn out.

I feel that the window of opportunity for Daniel Carr is closing on him as time goes by. He's energetic but lost his offensive sense that he had last year. He's not playing with the most talented players but he could surely get some thrash goals from time to time.

Laine with his 23rd more points than Matthews less games and he's 18 clear front runner for the calder.

I thought the SN guy, Kyle Bukauskas was short and Eric Engels super short so I looked it up... only to find out Kyle is 6'1" and was playing midget AAA in 2010-11. Lulz.

The fact that the they keep emphasizing how affordable Laval Rocket tickets will be just reminds you just how unaffordable Habs tickets are.

I have a few friends over there in uni who'll be thrilled about this. I may have to go catch a game next time I visit.

Kyle Bukauskas is the love child of Clay Aiken and Rick Astley, he's a work of art.
