Dallas was sure a pain in the arse in the playoffs. Despite the back end being mediocre, I really thought they would build on last season, especially with the summer additions. Seeing that as of right now, they have 103 goals against, most in the NHL (Edmonton 102 GA), they either plan to ride the wave into the lottery or Nill will pull off another big move to add a significant blueline upgrade by the deadline. Seems that he is already tinkering with the defense with the Moen for Gonchar and Dillon for Demers moves.

Curious, what's the opinion of Stars fans? Is there a belief that Nill will try to make some sort of big move to save the season, or let it play out and deal this summer?

KEEROLEs gotta keerole.

Back in October the guy was pouting about Buffalo and crying for changes to the lottery as he apparently didn't realize the odds had been modified 4 months earlier. On November 15 he posted this winner in the Buffalo goal differential thread

The Sabres then win 8 over the next month so he starts fapping on about how bad another team is and posts about how happy he will be when Buffalo draft 4th.

Consistency and foresight are not his strong points. Given his track record,
Dallas should do pretty well over the next month
Buffalo is still a terrible team that has tried to tank, their advanced metrics all point to this, they are just getting very good goal tending and some goals at the moment, they will revert to their tanky ways b/c their way of playing isn't conducive to long term success(this year)

I don't honestly think this season is salvageable. They would have to play out of their minds to undo what they've done to themselves so far, just don't think they're capable of that.
