Solid return. Hopefully Tuch can return to his pre-injury form.
Also, Krebs has been playing win for the Knights. It'll be interesting to see if the Sabres shift him back to the middle.

Can't complain about that. Wish they'd gotten a defenseman thrown in, but Krebs, Tuch, and the first are a decent haul considering the circumstances.

They might need to put Stone and/or Karlsson on LTIR to make it work with Tuch being in the deal and coming off of their LTIR.

I would send him down to play center in Rochester. With Cozens. Go pick up a couple of cheap vets and let the kids grow.

That's what I'd do. Krebs isn't quite NHL ready.

His draft year, he fell due to an injury (cut from a skate blade to his Achilles) but is known for his tenacity and skill level. He's dogged in his pursuit of the puck, quick, and seems to elevate his game in important situations.

No team trades an All-Star player (even injured) for a futures heavy return and people like it in general.

If people wanted Beniers in this past year, they should be thrilled with Krebs, same type of player. Krebs wouldve been top 5 in this past draft, only reason he fell was because of injury and it was a much deeper draft. I'm a big fan. Tuch fills a huge RW need. Could've been much worse...ROR 2.0...uh no.

I love Krebs and Tuch and the fit. Ideally, their would have been one more piece involved but I can live with this considering.

Time will tell if we get a 1C out of the current group but I think that is a young forward group you can really do things with.
