nhl.com has buffalo winning 3-1 in ot. Hell of a goal by RO.
I copied it already. Neat trick by the Kings to get the game to OT after losing 2-1 in regulation.

We got tooled all game but Ullmark really came up big in OT. We could have scored on either Kopi's breakaway, Doughty's move through the middle, or another couple of shots before ROR's break.
Hope these guys have some gas in the tank for 3 in 4 on the road in Ottawa...2 OTs, sheesh.
That was a tired kings team, you could tell from the first sequence after the puck drop.
Double digit lead in the Pacific. I'm ok with that.
LAK: 85 PP opportunities, 6th least in the league, 4th least PP time in league. Road PP opportunities 32, least in the league.
TImes shorthanded, 106, 4th in the league. Yet on the road, 44 times, 21st in the league, home times shorthanded 62, 1st by a significant margin.
If it feels like there's like no powerplays on the road, that's because it's true, which is...let's say oddball...for by far the best possession team in the league.
I've noticed that too. ARe we not doing the stuff to draw calls or are the calls being overlooked? Even before bonehead Nolan took his stupid penalty, the 2nd guy in to hit Weal sure looked like a boarding to me. I've seen them call that plenty of times, and I know the subject has been brought up about how players are very vulnerable once they're tied up with the first guy and a second guy drills him.
We're not going down easy is the problem. Having one of the biggest, heaviest teams in the league means we're able to fight through a lot of the stuff other teams go down on (or dive on). I also wonder if some of it is "the Bruin effect" or whatever that article was called--but the idea was basically since it's assumed the Kings are a heavy, physical team, more penalties than a normal game are let go as both teams are extremely physical and they want to 'let the boys play'. Dunno if that's it though, I mean, I certainly saw a few stick fouls tonight...tough to say.

A+++ thread title
Random thing I just noticed. Kings have the fewest goals against in the league at this point. Washington is next at 62.
