People will guffaw because it is a very minor update but I think it’s an improvement, the extra outlines on the previous logo were not needed and I enjoy when teams adjust their logos for home vs away sweaters.

This is an appropriate update of a classic logo.

I'm kind of surprised the Pooh Bear thirds from the 90s haven't had a fan revisionism phase like the Islanders fisherman logo, or the LA Burger King thirds. Were they unnecessary and kinda dopey looking? Sure. But there have been many worse attempts at shaking things up.
