Really love what Jagr brings. Even with the no Salute curse in the Playoffs.

If Horton decides to go for the money instead of a couple more Cup runs with us, than I sure hope Jagr is brought back.

The day Iggy decided to turn his back on the Bruins to go to the Pens ,all I wanted was for the B's to eliminate the Pens. Well my wish came true . He must be feeling like an idiot now.

I'm honestly glad it didn't go through it would have been a massive over payment for a player who didn't bring much.

you got that right. when you shut down the 2 best players in the world then you're the best defenseman in the world. make no mistake, 15-20 years from now when we look back on these days (assuming i'm still alive) we'll be calling this the Chara era.

Can you really pick just one guy?

It's the Chara era. The Bergeron era. The Krejci era. The Lucic era. The Clode era. The Neely / Chiarelli era. Given a little more success, a few more big moments, could maybe even argue it's the Rask era, The Marshmont era... the Merlot era.

Honestly, I think this is an era where you remember them for what they really were. A team. And you don't forget a single name from 2011 or 2013 rosters and not just because most of them are the same names.

I'd call it "the team era."

He had the jacket before, I think for game 1

Based on everything I have seen from this team, and Tuukka, I suspect he is thrilled Quaider had it tonight
oh I know and I agree...this team plays for each other and are happy for each other...its so nice to see how this truly is a TEAM

Someone on tumblr just put this together. It had me laughing when it came to Cooke.

This night is just SO delicious. I can taste the tears from the Pens. It's great.

Well I wanted somebody to do it but I love the fact that the Bruins did it in the ECF and it was a sweep where the Pens only scored 2 goals-two! The two best players in the world were shut down and Rask needs to change his name to Wall.

While our coach just "gameplanned" himself out of a job most likely, the Bruins played a helluva good series. Smothered the crap out of our predictable system, opportunistic offensively and Rask was a beast.

Congrats and good luck if you end up playing LA. I think you'll have a harder time bottling up Chicago's offense the way you did ours, if it ends up being them. Either way though should be a great series.

Gotta say congrats to the Bruins and their fans. Wish it had been the series most expected but the B's controlled from beginning to end and deserve credit. Anybody that says the Pens failed takes away from what the Bruins did. Total respect from this Pen's fan that has been a Pens fan since '67 (first year). Chicago or LA are in for a real series!!!:handclap::handclap:

It just shows how much we take him for granted. I have considered him the best Dman in the league for years now. Elliot Friedman pretty much admitted as much on CBC after the game. He also admitted he voted for Suter this year. I'm just glad he didn't vote for the Subban and Letang. Frauds.

Why is he even on TV? He sucks an PJ Stock always sticks it to him when it comes to talking about what really goes on with teams.

Hell baby
Way more scared of Pittsburgh's offense than Chicago's. We might see more than 2 goals from them though hahaha

Wow go back and watch after Chara gloves Malkins first shot the puck it right there for Malkin with half a net and Neal, James Neal steals it from Malkin with a half a net, Neal lets Malkin get it and boom tie game no way Malkin misses.

Thank you Neal thank you.

Iginla shot at end Rask gloved it with 6 tenths of a second perfect ending Rask stoning Iginla.

Hey guys, preparing for the worst here. Where you guys got eliminated as the defending champs last year, was it a lot more painful than any other eliminations? Of course, losing in OT in Game 7 is as painful as it gets. But in terms of what was at stake, was it worse or the same as the other eliminations before 2011? It just hurts that someone else is gonna take the title your team worked so hard for to win the year before.

This is Awesome. The bruins are a team. Not a collection of all-stars. When you put a team out there they will beat an All-star team. I found it pretty obvious that when Pittsburgh was in dire need of a goal Malkin, Crosby, and Letang all tried to be a hero, instead of playing a team game and using the people around them. They play only offense. That might work in the NBA, but not in the National Hockey League.

With that being said this was the greatest series performance I have ever seen. I will state right here that I will never question Claude, Chia, Lucic, or Horton again. What they have done is nothing short of amazing and I am eating my humble pie right now and wow does it taste delicious. Cup or not, what this team has accomplished over the past three seasons, is something we may never see again in our lifetime. Just an incredible feeling to be a fan of this Franchise. Now lets go get LORD STANLEY!
