it won't...lucic is coming up and im sure he will get 6 ys 42 mil...bc 29 other teams would love to have him and he is too important to this team that won't make the playoffs

I'm definitely wrong that 29 other teams would love to have Lucic. There's a ton of guys who can be a) top 5 fighter b) top 5 hitter c)play on the top line d) score 30 goals (with 2 other linemates who are top line quality)

Some of the players drafted are skilled players but wont get a shot because of Clode. Spooner is an example.

Time has run out for Clode. Its okay to admit its time. He had a good run. But his decisions and system has hit a wall. Sure, Chia didnt help. But its time to get a new fresh coach in here.

you may be right but i don't think spooner is a good example though he isn't a top tier prospect regardless of CJ being here or not

Someone here said we should fire the front office, sell everything and start building a modern skill based roster like everyone else.

It's undoubtedly true that Clode's game doesn't work anymore and therefore the players don't work anymore, but to me it sounds like the Bruins will one of the worst teams in the league for quite a while if they now sell their guys at their lowest prices, bring in a new coach and try to make it with some mediocre talent.

It would've made much more sense when we still had Seguin, but now we have no offensive franchise players at all and you can't trade for one. Nobody except Chiarelli trades away offensive superstars. If this team can't win by defending, they won't win at all, and you don't suddenly get two offensive powerhouse lines out of thin air. You got to tank for quite a while, or get lucky like we did with Seguin. So either be content with Clodefish, or prepare for 5 years of bottom dwelling for top draft picks.

Spooner or bust if Krejci is out.

Fire PC and bring in Burkie and his awesome hair, dump Close and put me in his place.

4th line 7min a game not 12

Get rid of Chara before he is molasses and worth nothing.

Glad I missed most of this one, makes it a lot less frustrating.

No idea how bad the Krejci injury is as I haven't even seen a replay but if he's out for anything more than a week, start selling. Really thought the B's would win at least one more Cup with this group but it's not looking very likely. Iginla really screwed things up vetoing the trade and then his cap hit when he came crawling back. Him and Chia that is.

When you look at the games... Claude has very few to do with the results. These bunch of players are starting to give up. It might be the time to ask our selves the tough questions about who should stay and who should go.

Bergy, Krejci, Hamilton, Rask, Pastrnak. Build around them.

Anyone else, fair game. Keep some guys like Marshy. Re-tool our role players.

New management.

Needs to be done. Even if we somehow make the playoffs, this team as is will not win one game.

Wow Claude, you can't criticize your team's effort? What effort was there to criticize?

Julien's had a nice run but it's time to go in a different direction much like Nashville when they brought in Laviolette. We need a more offensive minded coach who will allow the forwards to be creative and yes, make mistakes.I'm still not sure if Chia goes with him, been a staunch supporter up until this year, big decisions coming. In the short term let's try and move out the likes of Campbell, Paille and maybe Seidenberg or make hockey trades that bring us some forwards with speed and offensive skill with an eye towards next year with a new coach.

Me too.. been through it all.. but.. i really thought this team could be competitive for a few more years.. was wrong.
the trading of segs is something that they will have a hard time recovering from for years to come...
