Chris Lee allowed the goal.

Julien challenged the play stating Gallagher interfered with the goalie

Toronto decided to overturn Lee's goal call.

No, Toronto doesnt do that. That was Chris Lee's call looking at the replays.

Yes but hits not his fault he couldn't get out of there. He was being pushed in.

But he had no reason skating directly inside's Gus crease. He was basically behind Gustavsson. He got in there first and parked himself in the crease. Of course if a goal is scored and the goalie can't do his job properly, it will get called-off. Stay outside the ****ing crease.

Here
he got there by himself in the first place and did nothing to get out of there. Chara didn't push him in but he KEPT him there

He's going for the puck and hadn't touched the goalie at any time before Chara leans on him.

y'all a bunch of homers lol, cmon now.

In my opinion, looking at it objectively, it should have counted. I agreed with the call being no goal against Ottawa, but this one should count.

When Gallagher goes into the crease the puck is there already, so it's legal, and then Chara like the ogre he is, just crosschecks Gallagher into his goalie. It should count.

I agree Chara pushed him onto the goalie, so it was a ******** call. But, he needed to spin out and be by the open side of the net rather than right behind Gus, where he is open to interfering with Gus. What if Gus tried to back up? He can't Gally's right there with or without Chara.

With the way they're calling the GI this year, basically you can't be in the blue paint like that.

So two obvious dives called against Montreal and now this BS call...how can you even say its even at this point...the obvious bias is coming out in all types of BS calls!

That's not a good goal. Even if Gallagher didn't make contact he was blocking Gustavson from moving to his left.

You get a reffing ****show at least a couple of times per season. Glad to get one out of the way early.

Thats the way they are calling the goalie interference. If the goalie can't have a chance to make the safe due to a player of opposition touching them. Look at the bergeron goal first game against the two. That wasn't as bad as this one and they overturned that.
