Quite common for Refs at upper league games from say 13 years on...

Taught in advanced referee certification...

I liked the Refs that talked... they usually warned you that they thought they saw Me do something...

Which means I dodged a bullet... so I moved on to some other approach...

It's the silent, resentful one's you have to worry about...

Yeah, it's just cool hearing it on the broadcast. Except for the guy that knows he's mic'd on the opening draw and has to say something like "most goals wins here we go boys!"

How about letting Larionov have a run with proper preparation? None of the European teams had proper training camps because they had to quarantine at home before travelling.

I also think he'll be introspective enough to learn and move on, similar to what @c9gunner touched upon earlier.

Yeah, you wouldn't say it's the same team. For multiple reasons. Pretty weird. Must be Canadian tap water.

The psychological impact upon these young men of the isolation with the Quarantine preparation prior and upon arrival cannot be overstated either.

Not meaning to make excuses for anyone, but even grown men from the NHL shared how difficult it was after a couple of weeks.
