50+ shots in a comeback win. offense is there. tighten up the D and we go on a roll.
If you watch the game again you will see that the leafs dominated this game.
Tampa did lay back with the lead but this was probably the leafs’s best overall game of the season.

The D tonight was more than fine. TBL had like 4 shots in the first 15 or so minutes of the game. It wasn't even close 5 on 5.
I don't understand what people want from this team defensively. Every team has break downs and let's up chances. The difference is that good defensive teams have a good goaltender when they do break down. Rarely ever is it a perfect game with less than 20 shots. If Samsonov didn't have an ECHL level performance, we would be saying they were great defensively. They didn't let in a single goal after the goaltender change.
Once they put Woll in... I hate to shit on the goalie but I felt much better.
I was hoping for that comeback obviously and it happened.
