They did it last offseason. That isn't going to be the issue.Laughable. Plus there is no way these two bitter rival teams are doing a deal, it isnt ever going to happen.

Yeah, Burroughs was the worst trade of Blake's career & there's been some bad ones. King's fans have had to suffer through 27 games. Giving Grundström away for free was the better option. They did it last offseason. That isn't going to be the issue.
Also, it's not like the Sharks and Kings are in any danger of overlapping playoff windows. By the time the Sharks are a playoff team again, Kopitar will be retired and the Kings will not be one.Yeah, Burroughs was the worst trade of Blake's career & there's been some bad ones. Other than that, no reason King's & Sharks can't make a trade. King's aren't really serious about the playoffs.
A tiny little deal for slapdick level players like Burroughs/Grundstrom, sure. But I just dont see these two franchises doing a deal for any major players, ever. And Clarke is a major player.Yeah, Burroughs was the worst trade of Blake's career & there's been some bad ones. King's fans have had to suffer through 27 games. *Clarke should be a major player. This is Blakevision we’re talking about though.A tiny little deal for slapdick level players like Burroughs/Grundstrom, sure. But I just dont see these two franchises doing a deal for any major players, ever. And Clarke is a major player.
Why not? Why wouldn’t Blake and Grier get a deal done if both sides want? They’re former teammates. I think they’re above the rivalry until both are competitive simultaneously.A tiny little deal for slapdick level players like Burroughs/Grundstrom, sure. He needs to be playing for sure but last year he was an all star and pretty much ppg in the AHL. Hes a bit too good for that league and can think his way out of situations. He wasnt down there learning how to defend against big bodies with high skill that eat him up in the corners and in front of his net. We’re watching in real-time how you ruin a top prospect. Specifically an offensively gifted Dman.
He either needs to be playing Top 4 minutes in the NHL or down in Ontario. The NHL is an unforgiving league and it’s not for developing dmen. He needs work on the defensive side of the game. So send him down and get it taken care of, or that part of his game won’t get much better.
If not he’ll end up a Tyson Barrie.
